Dear Parents, Students, and Community Members:
On behalf of the talented and dedicated faculty, staff and administration, I am proud to welcome you to the Babylon Junior-Senior High School webpage. Please take advantage of our District website. It is continually updated and provides valuable information on school news and events.
Babylon Junior-Senior High School has had a long-standing tradition of academic excellence, athletic accomplishment, and artistic and musical achievement. Great students, professional staff members, and a supportive community who work together to provide an outstanding climate for all of our students to learn, grow, and achieve surround Babylon Junior-Senior High School!
Learning at Babylon Junior-Senior High School involves the entire school community. Our partnerships promote academic achievement through rigorous and relevant educational experiences, experiences that challenge, inspire, encourage creativity and engage all students in the learning process.
Research shows that students who are successful in school have three things in common: excellent attendance, a positive attitude, and active participation in school activities. We encourage students to become actively engaged in school. There are many opportunities for students to become involved. I encourage you to be an active participant in your child’s education. Our PTSA, BCC, BSFA, and Babylon Boosters are energetic groups of parents and community members who spearhead many school-wide initiatives.
Thank you for your support and I look forward to the challenges ahead, and the motivation of a community that promotes education and achievement. Go Panthers!
Sincerely,
Al Cirone
Principal
