Request for Transportation

Parents/guardians of students attending a private, parochial, or other nonpublic school must submit a transportation request each year.

Requests for the upcoming school year are due by April 1 and do not carry over from one year to the next.

Families who move into the district after April 1 must submit a request within 30 days of establishing residency.

• Bus routes are subject to change at any time during the school year due to new students enrolling, students being discharged, the number of students assigned to buses and bus route timing.

Please Note:

• Childcare transportation requests do not carry over from one school year to the next and must be submitted annually. To guarantee childcare transportation beginning on the first day of school, a completed Childcare Transportation Request Form must be received by the Transportation Office no later than April 1. Any requests received after the deadline will be placed on hold and start 2 weeks after the start of school. This deadline also includes the two weeks preceding the start of the school year.

• All Private School or Parochial School requests must be completed each year the student is attending school. 
  • Transfer paperwork MUST be completed by a parent/guardian prior to making the request for transportation. Please contact registration and/or your building for further information.
