Request for Transportation
All requests must be received by the Transportation Department, located in the District Office no later than April 1st of the preceding school year.
Bus routes are subject to change at any time during the school year due to new students enrolling, students being discharged, the number of students assigned to buses and bus route timing.
Please us the following forms for transportation requests:
- Child Care Transporation Request Form: English | Spanish
- New Registrant Transporation Request Form: English | Spanish
- Private or Parochial School Transportation Request Form: English | Spanish
- Transporation Student Release Form: English | Spanish
Please Note:
- Processing transporation requests will take 3 days to process with the bus company.
- All Private School or Parochial School requests must be completed each year the student is attending school.
- Transfer paperwork MUST be completed by a parent/guardian prior to making the request for transportation. Please contact registration and/or your building for further information.
