Before You Apply:
Certification:
Teaching and administrative positions require New York State certification. Check your certificate status in TEACH.
Fingerprinting:
New school employees must be fingerprinted and cleared by New York State before they begin work.
Civil Service:
Many non-instructional positions are civil service titles administered by Suffolk County.
