Shared Decision Making

Our District Navigation:

Meet the Board

Shared decision making brings administrators, teachers, staff, parents, and community members together to help plan for our schools. As required by Commissioner’s Regulation 100.11, the district and each of our three schools has a shared decision making team, also called a site-based management team, focused on improving the educational performance of all students.

How It Works:

Who serves:Board members, administrators, teachers, non-teaching staff, parents, and community members. The Junior-Senior High School team also includes students.
How often teams meet:About once a month during the school year. Each team keeps agendas and minutes.
What teams focus on:Ideas and plans that improve student educational performance in each school.
